MotivAI’s guided, structured path

A good motivation letter is a big part of a SAPS firearm licence application, and many applicants do not know what evaluators expect. MotivAI guides the applicant through the details, drafts the letter in a careful, formal tone, and exports it as a PDF with a checklist of what to hand in.

AI as a careful assistant, not a magic button

MotivAI is built around the way licence applications actually work. It covers Section 13, 15 and 16 applications, starts with a guided intake that asks for what SAPS evaluators look for, and only then drafts the letter. The drafting is deliberately conservative: neutral, formal wording rather than embellishment.

    A step-by-step questionnaire so nothing the evaluator expects is missed.

    The AI request runs server-side through a Supabase Edge Function, so keys never reach the browser, and the prompt is tuned for a measured tone.

    The finished motivation exports as a PDF together with a checklist of supporting documents.
